This product is a chemical additive used to remove dross from the surface of the melt during metal smelting. Its main components include chlorides, fluorides, oxides, carbides, metal powder, and surfactants. By reducing the surface tension of the aluminum liquid, promoting dross aggregation, improving fluidity, and removing inclusions, the slag remover significantly improves the surface quality of the aluminum liquid and enhances the surface finish of the castings.

• Applicable alloys: Suitable for various scenarios such as pure aluminum, wrought aluminum alloys, and die-casting aluminum alloys

Usage:
Sprinkle the slag remover on the surface of the molten slag, use a perforated tool (bell jar, ladle) to press the slag remover into the liquid to a depth of 2/3, and stir for 3~5 minutes until the molten slag turns red, dries, and becomes loose. Then, use a degasser to remove gas for 10~15 minutes, and after the slag layer floats up, skim off the slag. Alternatively, use a degasser to rotate and stir the slag remover into the aluminum liquid, degas, stir, and skim off the slag.
