This product is processed from various salt compounds through a special process. It is uniformly sprayed into the aluminum liquid using a powder sprayer with nitrogen or argon as the carrier, thereby achieving dual purification of the aluminum liquid by gas and flux. It can remove hydrogen, oxide inclusions, etc. from the aluminum liquid, making it purer. This product is widely used in the remelting aluminum industry.

• Recommended dosage: Add 0.1%-0.4% of the weight of aluminum melt

• Compared to traditional refining agents, it can significantly reduce slag output while ensuring the refining effect during use.
• The new formula incorporates low-melting-point substances, which effectively lower the reaction melting point and reduce the operating temperature, thereby facilitating energy conservation and consumption reduction.
• Quickly gather slag and form a loose slag layer, enabling efficient separation of slag and aluminum, and significantly reducing the aluminum content in aluminum ash.
• After the refining process is completed, the residual amount of refining agent in the molten metal is extremely small, and the composition of the residual refining agent can be controlled at a very low level, with no significant interference on key properties of aluminum alloy such as conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Usage:
◀Manual spreading method (suitable for small furnaces):
Evenly sprinkle the refining agent on the surface of the aluminum liquid, quickly press it into the depths of the aluminum liquid with a tool with mesh holes; stir thoroughly for 5 minutes to disperse the flux; let it stand for 10 to 15 minutes, and then thoroughly skim off the slag.
◀ Inert gas injection method (suitable for large/automated production lines):
Within the refining temperature range, load a quantitative amount of refining agent into the powder injector's storage tank, seal it properly, introduce nitrogen, and turn on the refining tank switch. When the iron tube sprays out refining agent, insert the iron tube into the aluminum liquid and move it horizontally, vertically, or in an arc. Spray out all the flux within the refining time, then withdraw the iron tube from the aluminum liquid and turn off the nitrogen.
